Flying at the pointy end of the plane with Qantas just got even more luxurious as the company unveiled its new lie-flat seats. The seats/beds, designed by Marc Newson, will be avaialble in its Airbus A330 business class sections from next year.
To add to the pleasure, each of the seats will have direct access to the aisle so no ungainly clambering around your pampered fellow-travellers.
There will also be re-vamped economy class seats on a number of flights. That’s nice, and is much appreciated. But let’s face it, the new business class beds just make the prospect of travelling cattle class even more depressing.
