Kids get better at reading by talking to the animals (particularly cats). Purrfect solution?

CatreadingLovely photo of a young boy, practicing his reading by reading a book aloud to a non-critical listener – a cat at the Animal Rescue League of Berks County in Pennsylvania.  According to the organization’s website, the program helps kids improve their reading skills and “cats find the rhythmic sound of a voice very comforting and soothing.” The book that so fascinated child and cat was Robert Munsch’s  Love You Forever and when this picture was posted on Reddit, the resulting traffic caused the shelter’s website to crash.
